Do you have a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order requirement to purchase our products.However,if your order quantities are less than 20PCS,our trade term FOB will be instead of trade term Ex-factory—it means we deliver our products in our factory and you have to pay extra local charges.
If we place an order with your company, when should we expect to receive it?
Our Lead time is about 20-25 days.The shipping time: by sea,it needs about 25-30 days, by air,it is about 5-7 days.The shipping time is based on Europe and North America.
How to buy samples through an express company?
You can purchase any sample of our products.For this process, you need to pay us both sample cost and shipping charges. If you have an account of express company such as DHL,Fedex,TNT…etc.,you do not need to pay us with shipping charges—it can be collect.
How much for an international shipping by express?
Only a sample buy,you may need an express for your shipping.because it is really expensive for a international shipping.The season is that its package’s size is too big.For example,a carton(115cm*42cm*40cm) of mannequin’s actual weight is 16KGS, but the carton’s volume weight is 39KGS,the express company will charge 39KGS but not 16KGS—Volume Weight (kg) = L * W * H/ 5000. However,if you place an order later,we will bear your sample shipping charges.
Can you retail your mannequin?
We are sorry we do not retail our products. The primary cause is that a single item’s international shipping cost is very expensive.
Can we print our logo on item?
Yes,we accept OEM or ODM,so we can print your logo on the carton or any other place you want on a mannequin.
How about our backaging?
All products we use secure packaging: Export hard carton, inner pearl cotton(EPE) and filling fabric.We can also design any special carton as per your requirements.
Can I customize my special styles?
Yes,we can be OEM and ODM for you.
How much a sea freight for single item to Europe or North America?
It is about 15-25 USD—based on a full container.
How to caculate out a quantity a full container?
A 20GP container can Load 29CBM, a 40GP can load 59CBM and a 40HQ can Load 64CBM. Following information can help you work out your loading quantities:
